DIGITAL DELIVERY POLICY

All products sold by Primary Teacher Store are digital downloads. No physical items will be posted.

How you receive your order

After successful payment, you will usually:

• See a download link on the order confirmation page; and/or
• Receive an email with a link to access your files.

Digital downloads are usually available within minutes of completing your purchase.

No physical shipping

Because our products are digital, there are:

• No postage costs.
• No physical delivery times.
• No customs fees.
• No printed items sent in the post.

Download access

Please download and save your files as soon as possible after purchase.

If your download link has expired or you are having trouble accessing your files, email info@primaryteacherstore.co.uk with your order number and we will do our best to help.

If your download email has not arrived

Please:

1. Check your spam or junk folder.
2. Check the email address used at checkout.
3. Wait 15 minutes in case the email is delayed.
4. Email info@primaryteacherstore.co.uk with your order number if you still cannot access your files.
