REFUND POLICY FOR DIGITAL DOWNLOADS

At Primary Teacher Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your digital download purchases. However, due to the nature of digital products, we have specific guidelines for refunds and returns.
Digital Downloads - General Policy
Once a digital file has been successfully downloaded, we are unable to offer refunds as the product has been delivered and accessed. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge this policy.
When We Offer Refunds
We will provide a full refund in the following circumstances:
- You were charged twice for the same product (duplicate transaction)
- You received an incorrect or corrupted file that we cannot resolve
- Technical issues on our end prevented you from accessing your download
- You contact us within 48 hours of purchase and have not yet downloaded the file
How to Request a Refund
If you believe you qualify for a refund, please contact us at info@primaryteacherstore.co.uk within 48 hours of purchase with:
- Your order number
- Description of the issue
- Any relevant screenshots or error messages
We will review your request and respond within 3-5 business days. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
Your Right to Withdraw (UK/EEA Customers)
Under UK and EU consumer protection laws, you normally have 14 days to withdraw from an online purchase. However, you expressly agree that digital content is made available to you immediately upon purchase, and you waive your right of withdrawal once you access or download the digital file.
