What is Primary Teacher Store?

Primary Teacher Store creates printable digital resources for primary classrooms. Our resources are designed to help teachers save time when preparing classroom displays, working walls and subject-themed learning spaces.
What do you sell?

We sell downloadable classroom display resources for primary settings. Depending on the product, this may include display letters, number sets, vocabulary cards, learning outcome cards, question prompts, process cards, headings, labels, decorative cut-outs, working wall packs and subject-specific display materials.

Who are your resources for?

Our resources are designed for primary teachers, schools, tutors, home educators and others preparing learning spaces for primary-aged children. Please check each listing for the year group, key stage, subject focus, file type and contents.
Are your resources linked to the UK primary curriculum?

Some resources are designed around common UK primary curriculum areas, topics and classroom display needs. Where a resource is linked to a particular year group, subject or topic, this will be stated in the product listing. Resources should still be used alongside your school’s own planning, curriculum and professional judgement.

AI Use & Resource Quality
Do you use AI when creating resources?

Some Primary Teacher Store resources may be created with support from AI tools, such as for ideas, wording, layout planning, design inspiration or visual elements. AI is used as a support tool only. Resources are reviewed, edited and finalised before sale, but teachers should use their own professional judgement to decide whether a resource is suitable for their class, school and curriculum.
Do your resources replace lesson planning or schemes of work?

No. Unless clearly stated otherwise, our resources are designed as display and classroom support materials, not complete lesson plans, schemes of work or formal curriculum documents.

Digital Products & Downloads
Are your products physical or digital?

All products sold by Primary Teacher Store are digital downloads only. No physical items are posted.
What do I receive when I place an order?

Depending on the product, you may receive PDF files, PNG files or a ZIP folder containing multiple files. The exact contents and file types are listed on each product page.
How do I get my downloads?

After successful payment, you will usually see a download link on the order confirmation page and/or receive an email with a link to access your files. Digital downloads are usually available within minutes of completing your purchase.

I haven’t received my download email – what should I do?

Please check your spam or junk folder first, then check that the email address used at checkout is correct. If your download email still has not arrived after 15 minutes, email info@primaryteacherstore.co.uk with your order number and name.
How long do my download links stay active?

Download links may only be available for a limited time and/or number of downloads. Please download your files promptly and save a backup somewhere secure, such as your computer or cloud storage.
What if I lose my files?

Please keep a backup of your downloads wherever possible. If you lose access shortly after purchase, email us with your order number and we will do our best to help, although we cannot guarantee replacement access once a download link has expired.

Printing & Technical Help
Can I print the resources at home or school?

Yes. Our resources are designed to be printed by you at home, school or through a printing service. For best results, check the product listing for the recommended file type, size and printing guidance.
Can I laminate the resources?

Yes. Many teachers choose to laminate display cards, vocabulary cards, headings or cut-outs so they can be reused.
Are the resources editable?

Unless a product listing clearly states that a resource is editable, please assume that the files are not editable. Most products are supplied as ready-to-print digital files.

Licence & Allowed Use
Can I use the resources in more than one classroom?

Unless stated otherwise, each purchase is intended for use by the purchaser in their own classroom or setting. If you would like to use a resource across a whole school, year group or team, please contact us first at info@primaryteacherstore.co.uk.
Can I share the files with colleagues?

Please do not share, copy, resell or redistribute the digital files. Colleagues who would like to use the resource should purchase their own copy unless a wider licence has been agreed.

Refunds & Cancellations
Do you offer refunds on digital downloads?

Because digital products are accessed immediately and cannot be returned in the same way as physical items, we do not normally offer refunds once a file has been successfully downloaded. However, refunds may be offered in situations such as duplicate charges, incorrect or corrupted files that cannot be resolved, technical issues on our side, or where you contact us within 48 hours and have not yet downloaded the file.
How do I request a refund?

If you believe you qualify for a refund, email info@primaryteacherstore.co.uk within 48 hours of purchase with your order number, a short description of the issue and any relevant screenshots or error messages.
What about my 14-day right to cancel (UK/EU customers)?

For UK and EEA customers, digital content is treated differently from physical goods. By choosing to access or download your digital content immediately after purchase, you agree that the digital content is supplied straight away and that your right to cancel may be lost once the download has started.
